Now Hiring - Japanese Bilingual Sales Manager in Pasadena, CA

TMS America, an employment agency is currently seeking a Japanese Bilingual Sales Manager for a manufacturing client located in Pasadena, CA. This is position is direct-hire and full-time.

Location: Pasadena, CA (Monday – Thursday: Office commute, Friday: Remote available)
Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:30AM to 5:30PM
Compensation: $55,000 - $60,000/YR + benefits

Job duties:

• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing and supervising the sales team
• Act as the point of contact and handle customers’ individual needs
• Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner
• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
• Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

Requirements:

• Must be bilingual in Japanese/English
• Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
• Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
• Strong business sense and industry expertise
• Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
